Orders & Returns


In addition to your favorite retail location, you may order our Home Products here at Bunn.com. If you choose this route, here’s how it works:

•    Order processing is automatic. And automatic means we cannot change or cancel the order once it has been placed.
•    If you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can view order history and order details (including tracking information) by logging into your account with your user name or email address. Most items are shipped via UPS.
•    You can track your order via the UPS or FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
•    Bunn.com Home Products ship anywhere within the Continental U.S. (this excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
•    A Home Product order placed on Bunn.com will usually ship within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.


If you are not completely satisfied with your BUNN® Home Products brewer or accessory (and that makes us sad), you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date (returns are for Bunn.com Home Product purchases only). You must call and speak to one of our very-friendly customer service representatives at 1-800-352-2866 before returning any Home Product purchased online in order to obtain the necessary instructions on sending your product(s) back. Please have your order number available prior to calling.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Your credit will be processed within 5-10 business days after BUNN receives the returned item(s).
