Flat Rate Installation:

  • Trained BUNN service providers will install the equipment.
  • Your on-site staff will receive training on how to operate the equipment.
  • You’ll know up front the cost for installation.
  • Available to all customers with an open account or approved credit card.

Flat Rate On-Demand Service Dispatch:
  • Simplify the maintenance and service of your quality BUNN beverage equipment.
  • One phone call gives immediate access to the BUNNserve® network of service providers.
  • Within 24 hours, a service provider is dispatched to your location to repair the equipment – at a fixed rate based on the model of BUNN equipment to be serviced.
  • Flat rate covers everything – parts, labor and travel charges for service to your equipment at your location, excluding Preventive Maintenance Kits and Easy Clear® cartridge.
  • Available to all customers with an open account or approved credit card.

Flat Rate Preventive Maintenance:
  • Assure the consistent high quality of your beverage program.
  • Available at a fixed cost that includes the PM Kit and any parts needed for repairs.
  • BUNN Easy Clear® water filter cartridges can be replaced during the Preventive Maintenance visit if requested.*
  • Regularly scheduled visits from a BUNN® service provider.
  • Service provider performs recommended adjustments and maintenance, calibration of equipment volume, throw weight and temperature.
  • Available to all customers with an open account or approved credit card.
  • Available for newly installed or existing in-field BUNN equipment.†

†Existing in-field BUNN equipment must have a Flat Rate service call performed to return equipment to the manufacturer’s specifications to qualify for a Flat Rate Preventive Maintenance (PM) contract. BUNNserve® reserves the right to deny a PM contract if the equipment is beyond usable condition.

Flat Rate Repair Service Products
Now you can choose the level of repair service you want for your BUNNequipment. All three options are available at a flat rate, based on the equipment you are having repaired:
  • Customer preventive maintenance for products in good working condition.
  • Customer repair for products that are not currently functional without structural damage or major cosmetic defects.
  • Remanufacture for products in either functional or non-functional condition that require extensive repair.
