This is a 3-day course designed for Service Technicians who wish to gain a greater knowledge of BUNN beverage equipment. The BUNN Journeyman Certification indicates that the Service Technician has met the minimum requirements established by the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation. Upon successful completion of this class:
Technicians will be able to identify and explain the function of components used in BUNN beverage equipment.
Technicians will be able to explain the function of a microprocessor used in BUNN beverage equipment.
Technicians will be able to identify inputs and outputs on a schematic that contains a microprocessor.
Technicians will be able to create a recipe using a recipe writer and recipe card and assign the recipe to a grinder and a brewer.
Technicians will be able to identify and explain the function of the programming screens used in BUNN beverage equipment.
Technicians will be able to explain the various methods of facilitating movement and product action.
Technicians will be able to identify and explain the operation of a system and its special features.
Technicians will be able to explain the difference between the methods of cooling.
Requirements
In order to be enrolled in this class you must have successfully completed the BUNN Associate Certification Class or a previous certification class. Enrollment is subject to approval by BUNN management.
